Meet the Team
Editor-in-Chief
Leon Delaloye
I am Leon, a second-year student at the George Washington University, where I study International Affairs with a concentration in international politics and Europe. I am the founding Editor-in-Chief of the Hamiltonian Column, and I previously served as Deputy Director of Media Productions for AHS. My policy interests include transatlantic affairs and the impact of authoritarianism on Democracy. I have interned for Congressman Gregory W. Meeks (D-NY), and previously volunteered for multiple political campaigns, including for Senator Jon Tester and Beto O'Rourke.
I grew up in Brooklyn, New York, and also speak French and Spanish.
Staff Writer and Editor
Paul Lee
Hi, I am Paul Lee. I'm a GWU student from New Jersey who is working toward a bachelor's degree in political science with a public policy focus and, ideally, a double major in data science. I am a member of the GW fencing club and enjoy running at the National Mall, especially to the National Monument, in my spare time. My focus in the Hamilton Column is on global conflicts, Asian politics (specifically the Koreas), and how domestic American politics affect American foreign policy and international affairs. I’m driven by a passion for understanding how policy decisions ripple across borders and impact people’s lives.
